	Originally Spanish variety of distinguished taste, size, shape and violet colour.

	MANZANILLA
	Originally Spanish variety of round olives, brownish colour and not very large in size with a special taste.

	KALAMATA
	Originally Greek now grown in Egypt in a different climate and soil, giving it a new unique taste.
